I have also ordered items from another on-line merchant(I won't mention any names)and still haven't received my order, come to find out they were out of color of the product I wanted in PINK (it's a girl) I called the number of customer service and changed the color and remarked if they did not have that color than I wanted the item ommitted from my order. Then I get an e-mail saying once again that they are out of PINK (hello...??!!! I chose to receive a proof through e-mail of exactly what the invitation would look like. I forwarded it to my sister for approval. It is another present I will give to my daugher and son-in-law for their new baby. I will order this again if giving another baby shower. My favorite item I ordered was the pink Moses Basket. I ordered it empty (they also offer it filled, which I would also highly recommend as their products are so nice) . I filled it with a blanket, books, toys, and stuffed animals. It was a great gift and the basket will be very usable when the baby is small. Its very well made and adorable, too. I will order this again for future baby gifts. I searched several different sites and Baby Shower Stuff had by far the best prices and largest selection, especially for twins. I selected a darling invitation -- loved the graphics but wanted my own wording. It was no problem. They were very prompt in sending my proof and when I had changes, they sent an updated proof immediately. I was concerned about getting my order on time so I authorized a $15.00 upcharge for express delivery. Seeing what my required delivery date was, they advised me that the extra $15 wouldnt be necessary as they had plenty of time to ship and delivery on time. I really appreciated that. When I received my invoice, I saw that the $15 charge had been mistakenly included. I contacted the company and they immediately removed the charge and sent proof of the credit to my account.
